Celestio is a small team building an astrology platform that takes the craft seriously. We answer every email personally, usually within one business day. Below is a quick orientation so you can find what you need without writing in — and the fastest path to us when you do.
Celestio is built and run by a distributed team of engineers, astrologers, and writers based across Europe and North America. The core product — birth charts, compatibility, transits — was designed in collaboration with practicing astrologers and refined over the past two years against tens of thousands of generated readings. We are not a content farm with a horoscope template; every reading is computed from the actual ephemeris and written by an AI model that we tune on a corpus of professional astrology, with human editorial review of the prompt patterns we ship.
Reading didn't generate, payment issues, refund requests, account deletion, and birth-data corrections all get a same-business-day reply. Partnership inquiries, press, and product feedback also reach us through this form — we read everything, but expect a 2-3 day turnaround for non-urgent topics. If you have an accessibility issue (a feature you can't use with your assistive technology), please tell us; we treat those as priority bugs.
Nine out of ten questions we get are covered in the FAQ blocks on the relevant product page. "How accurate does my birth time need to be?" is answered on the birth-chart page. "What if I don't have my partner's birth time?" is answered on the compatibility page. "Is the report a one-time payment or a subscription?" is on the products page (one-time, never a subscription). Your birth data is used only to generate your readings and is encrypted at rest. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. You can delete your account and every associated reading from your profile page; deletion is immediate and irreversible.
