8.1 Our Content
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, the Site and all content we provide, including:
- Text, images, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, service marks,
- Software, code, tools, and models,
- Astrological logic, layouts, and compiled reports,
(collectively, “Celestio Content”) are owned by Celestio or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Celestio Content for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or license any Celestio Content;
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written permission.
8.2 Your Data & User Content
You may submit information to us, including:
- Personal data (e.g. name, email address);
- Birth data (date, time, location);
- Information about your partner or other individuals for compatibility reports;
- Optional preferences or responses to questions (“User Content”).
You retain any rights you have in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Celestio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Use, process, store, and display the User Content for the purpose of providing the Services to you;
- Use anonymized and aggregated forms of such data to improve and develop the Services, models, and features (e.g. improving interpretive quality, accuracy, and relevance).
We will not publicly display or share your identifiable birth details or personal information for marketing or community content without your explicit consent.
9. Digital Products, Fees, Subscriptions & Refunds
9.1 Digital Nature of Products
Celestio provides digital content and services (e.g. downloadable or viewable reports, in-app content) that may be delivered immediately upon purchase.
9.2 Fees & Billing
- We may offer free content as well as paid one-off purchases and/or subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or otherwise).
- Pricing, available plans, and features are specified on the Site and may change from time to time.
- You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
9.3 Subscriptions & Renewals
If you purchase a subscription:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings (e.g. Billing section on the Site).
- Cancellation prevents future renewals; it does not retroactively refund charges already made.
9.4 No Refunds (Subject to Mandatory Law)
Because:
- Our products are digital content often delivered immediately; and
- We incur computational and infrastructure costs as soon as you access the Services;
All fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
If you are in a jurisdiction (such as the EU) that grants a statutory cooling-off period for digital content:
- You may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content or service is fully provided.
- If you do not provide such consent, we may delay access to certain paid features until the cooling-off period has expired.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
The Site may contain links or integrations to third-party websites, apps, tools, or services (e.g. payment processors, analytics, newsletter services).
- We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
- Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
- We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services.
11. DMCA / Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.
If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a notice to [email protected] with:
Your contact details;
Identification of the work you believe has been infringed;
Identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it is located;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Where applicable (for example, for users or content hosted in the United States), we will handle such notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
You understand and agree that:
- The Services and all Celestio Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
- We do not guarantee that:

- Any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- Any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Celestio, its owners, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses; arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

- The amount you paid to us for the Services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- USD $100 (or equivalent).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitations are not permitted).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celestio and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Services;
- Your violation of these Terms; or
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable law; or
- We decide to discontinue the Services.
You may cancel your Account at any time via the Site or by contacting us at [email protected].
Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the Services ends immediately;
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions) will continue to apply.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. In all other cases, you and Celestio agree that the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
